Return Conditions

•Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
•Returns must be authorized before sending back.
•Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

•For hygiene/safety, intimate apparel and certain jewelry may be non-returnable unless faulty.
•Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds & Credits

•Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Subject to availability. If the requested item isn’t available, we’ll refund or issue store credit.

How to Request a Return
